Both browsing the website www.Poppers365.com and its subdomains as well as purchasing any product at these addresses, presupposes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Poppers 365 ships orders to all countries, with a delivery time between two and fifteen working days, depending on the destination country.
The carriers with whom we have a protocol deliver from Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm at the address you desire.
All orders placed and paid for by 10 am are processed the same day and shipped the next business day.

Delivery times are indicative and, therefore, are considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (for example: incorrect addresses or force majeure setbacks). Carriers do not deliver on holidays and weekends, and it is not possible to choose a specific delivery time.
Track my order
When your order is shipped, you will receive a code in your email so you can track it on the carrier's website.
If you have difficulty tracking your order, please contact us.
Delivery difficulties
If the carrier is unable to deliver the order, they will make a new attempt the next day or contact you to schedule a new delivery. In the specific case of CTT Expresso, a notice will be left to collect the order at the post office.
Reshipping returned orders
When an order is returned to Poppers 365 due to the customer's responsibility and the customer wants it reshipped, or a new one sent, we reserve the right to charge the customer the shipping fees.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment methods
Poppers 365 offers several payment methods, the main ones being: Credit Card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro), PayPal, Multibanco, Pay Shop, and Bank Transfer.
Regardless of the payment method chosen by the customer, we inform you that orders are shipped after good collection.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force. All prices are valid except for typographical or insertion errors.
4. CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
General Conditions
For distance purchases (online and to be received at the address via carrier), Portuguese law grants the consumer a period of 14 days (commonly known as the reflection period) after taking physical possession of the goods, during which they can return the item(s) without needing to indicate a reason. In cases of free Contract Termination, return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, as stipulated in paragraph 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14.
Poppers 365 accepts returns of new, complete products in their original order packaging. This packaging must not be damaged, altered, or scratched. Incomplete, damaged, or used products by the customer will not be accepted.
If we receive returns that do not meet the above conditions, the customer will not be entitled to any refund and will be offered the option to reship the return with the next order. If the customer refuses and wishes to recover the item, they must schedule a pickup of the items at our facilities and bear the corresponding costs.
To exercise your right of return, contact our Customer Service in advance with the order number, the description or reference of the product you wish to return, the address, and the collection date. This service is available from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and it is not possible to schedule a specific time, only a date.
Order cancellations
It is only possible to cancel an order if it is in a pending state, which means it has not yet been packed and shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel an order, use the contact form.
If you cancel a paid order, the refund will be made within 5 days.
Order/product returns
The collection service is available from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and it is not possible to schedule a specific time, only a date.
Collections are free if the reason for the return is Poppers 365's responsibility. If the reason for the return is that you changed your mind or made a mistake in ordering, the collection cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Product exchanges
We only exchange products that are in their original condition. These products must be new, complete, without signs of use, and with the original packaging in good condition. In the case of perfumes, cosmetics, and hair products, these must not be opened.
To make an exchange, contact customer support with the order number, the description or reference of the product you wish to exchange, the address, and the collection date. The collection service is available from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. It is not possible to schedule a specific time for collection, only a date.
If for any reason it is not possible to exchange the product, the amount will be refunded.
Refund methods and times
Poppers 365 will do its best to refund the customer quickly, while ensuring a maximum period of 5 days from the date of arrival of the return at our warehouses.
The refund will be made as follows:
- If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the card itself and can be verified on the next statement.
- In the case of payment by PayPal, the refund is credited to your PayPal account and is immediately available.
- If you paid for your order by Multibanco, contact the customer support team with your bank account details (NIB and SWIFT) and the refund will be transferred to that account.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take the necessary precautions to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices displayed on the site are correct. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders in which product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.
Order refusal may also result from other reasons such as:
- Product out of stock.
- Inability to obtain payment authorization.
- Fraudulent orders.
If there is any problem with your order, you will be immediately contacted by us.
We do everything we can to keep your order and payment details secure. We cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any data you provided when accessing or ordering from our site.
Poppers 365 may change prices without prior notice. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force.
6. PRODUCT WARRANTY
As one of the fundamental rights of consumers is access to goods and services that correspond to those contracted and with the guarantee of correct operation, Poppers 365 will guarantee for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, the quality of its products promoting, in cases where legitimate, the repair of the item for the customer using, and in this order, one of the following methods:
- Repair of the damaged item ensuring correct operation and/or final quality.
- Exchange of the item for an identical one.
- Exchange of the item for a similar one in characteristics and purpose, as long as agreed with the Customer.
- Termination of the contract and consequent refund if none of the previous options are possible.
The exercise of the right to warranty by the Customer will always take place upon presentation of the complaint to our services, through the means provided in the Terms and Conditions, and return of the damaged or non-compliant item.
Our Customer Service team will analyze the item in question to confirm the effective right to warranty by the Customer, excluding all situations that prove to result, among others, from:
- Abusive use, intentional damage, or negligent damage by the Customer;
- Periodic checks, maintenance, and repair of parts/products subject to natural wear and tear;
- Normal wear and tear of the product as long as within the expected and declared levels by the manufacturer;
- Inability to prove the defect or malfunction indicated by the customer;
- Costs related to removal or installation of the product;
- All situations detected as attempts at fraud.
After inspecting the received product, the Customer will be informed of the follow-up of their request.
7. PERSONAL DATA
Users may exercise their rights of access, cancellation, rectification, and opposition by written communication to the addresses mentioned in point 1 of this document, identifying themselves and specifying their request. If applicable, they must also present a copy of their Citizen Card or equivalent document. For more information, see the Privacy Policy.
8. APPLICABLE LAW / JURISDICTION
This contract is subject to Portuguese law.
For all issues arising from this Contract, the parties elect the jurisdiction of the District Court of Maia.
These provisions do not prejudice any consumer rights that result directly from applicable law.
In case of dispute, the consumer can resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity:
